Join us for SC Sea Grant’s and SCDNR’s 36th annual Beach Sweep!
Since 1988, South Carolinians have gathered every 3rd Saturday in September to clear debris from beaches and waterways as part of the International Coastal Cleanup. The park provides trash bags, log sheets, and grabbers. Check in with a ranger under the tent at Cannon Row, then head to the beach. If you are interested in attending the event, please email Walt at walter_young@nps.gov before September 13th.
